Daily routine checking on production line and support equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Perform troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown.
Setup facility/production equipment maintenance program, assist machine relocation and installation.
Provide repair and maintenance for all the equipment and facility related services, perform general periodic maintenance.
Assist in paper work on daily maintenance works.
Determine requirements for process equipment, develop PM instructions and train PM technicians and operators.
Identify spare part/tooling, create and update spare part list.
Monitor significant health, safety and environmental aspects of their work activities and the benefits of improved personal performance.
Understand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operating procedures (work practices) and the potential legal consequences to the employee and the company.
Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.
