Responsibilities: 1. Formulated regional sales plan and implementation strategy according to the overall sales strategy of the company, and supervised the final achievement of sales targets; 2. Formulated annual sales budget and implement it effectively; 3. Drive the establishment of CAR-T COE center in the region and the whole-process management of patients according to the needs of CAR-T business processes 4. Establish good relationship with regional KOL; establish a regional academic cooperation platform for hematology and oncology departments; drive the development of academic discipline; 5. Cooperate with commercial team to ensure seamless connection of patient sampling, transportation and return; 6. Create a new business model for CAR-T industry and establish industry standards; 7. Ensure good communication and cooperation with marketing and commercial team; 8. Guide and supervise the sales plan and setting sales target for target hospitals, supervise and verify the implementation and completion of various work; 9. Responsible for the training of sales team in the region, maintain and effective implementation of the assessment, and the improvement of sales team morale and sales performance; Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree is required, prefer major in Medicine, Pharmaceutics; 2. Minimum 5 years sales or marketing experiences in healthcare industry; 3. At least 5 years experiences in people management position; 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, good in people management and strategic thinking; ability to work under pressure; 5. Proficient in MS office ; 6. Good English skill, both in written and oral.
