1.Establish, contact, communicate with, and maintain long-term good relationships with external media for the school's brand. 2.Assist in formulating the school’s market strategy and marketing plan to enhance brand awareness and industry influence. 3.Actively plan and execute external publicity topics based on brand promotion needs and the school's strategic development direction, regularly provide brand content to the media, monitor and evaluate the results efficiently, and provide regular summary reports. 4.Responsible for developing the school's community operation strategy, planning the content, activities, and interaction mechanisms within the community, and implementing specific community operations. 5.Proactively explore and expand the company’s self-owned brand’s external communication, comprehensively manage the external communication of the school’s brand from multiple perspectives, including school culture, industry authority, and brand reputation. 6.Actively plan, organize, coordinate, and participate in market and media activities related to the company’s brand. 7.Establish a media resource archive, develop and maintain relationships with media, especially key media and relevant journalists, collect and organize industry activity information, and promptly report on media cooperation intentions. 8.Understand competitors and the school’s target audience, regularly conduct market analysis and potential audience profiling. 9.Assist in student invitations, receptions, follow-ups, exams, and other related tasks to help achieve enrollment goals. 10.Assist in completing other tasks assigned by the school.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA or study abroad experience is preferred. 2.More than 3 years of experience in marketing or brand planning, with experience in marketing, brand building, and public relations within the education or study abroad industry being a plus. 3.Fluent in English. 4.Familiar with various types of media, understanding media operation processes, and familiar with market communication channels. Able to discover and integrate media resources effectively. 5.Possess good professional ethics and a strong sense of work responsibility. 6.Strong information analysis skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to guide future activities. 7.Good communication and project management abilities, with the ability to collaborate efficiently across departments and drive project progress. 8.Strong ability to work under pressure and execute tasks effectively. 9.Strong teamwork spirit, promoting the achievement of common team goals.
