工作职责: 1、协助制定学校的市场策略和营销方案,提高学校品牌知名度和行业影响力; 2、协助组织、策划、实施学校的品牌推广、宣传活动,并提交活动、媒体的宣传计划和评估报告; 3、组织安排宣传资料的设计与制作; 4、了解竞争对手,定时进行竞争对手市场信息分析; 5、对学校客群和潜在客群的心理和行为的调查与研究; 6、管理学校线上、线下市场宣传渠道,协助进行新媒体平台的维护; 7、市场招生的渠道拓展与合作洽谈,寻求项目合作机会; 8、协助完成学生邀约、现场接待、电话回访、入学考试组织、实施,促进招生目标的达成; 9、协助完成学校安排的其它工作。 职位要求: 1、本科以上学历,有留学经验尤佳 2、3年以上市场营销经验,有教育/留学行业市场营销、品牌建设、公共关系方面的工作经历尤佳 3、能敏锐感知行业市场动态、市场方向,深入把握市场需求,并具备优秀的策略创意能力 4、热爱市场工作,熟悉教育行业 5、擅长产品培训,具备良好的沟通与服务意识 6、具备较强的信息分析能力,能对相关数据进行有效分析 7、有较强的中英文语言表达能力和沟通能力,优秀的活动策划、实施能力 8、良好的团队精神 Job Responsibilities: 1.Assist in developing the school’s market strategy and marketing plan to enhance brand awareness and industry influence. 2.Assist in organizing, planning, and executing the school's brand promotion and publicity activities, and submit activity and media publicity plans and evaluation reports. 3.Organize and arrange the design and production of promotional materials. 4.Monitor competitors and regularly conduct competitor market information analysis. 5.Conduct research on the psychology and behavior of the school’s target and potential audiences. 6.Manage the school’s online and offline marketing channels, and assist in maintaining new media platforms. 7.Expansion of market recruitment channels and cooperation negotiations, seeking project collaboration opportunities. 8.Assist in student invitations, on-site reception, phone follow-ups, organizing and implementing entrance exams, and help achieve enrollment targets. 9.Assist in completing other tasks assigned by the school. Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above; Study abroad experience is a plus. 2.More than 3 years of marketing experience, with work experience in marketing, brand building, and public relations within the education or study abroad industry being a plus. 3.Ability to quickly sense market dynamics and trends, deeply understand market demand, and possess strong strategic creative abilities. 4.Passionate about marketing work and familiar with the education industry. 5.Skilled in product training, with strong communication and service awareness. 6.Strong information analysis skills with the ability to effectively analyze related data. 7.Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with excellent event planning and implementation abilities. 8.Strong teamwork spirit.
