岗位职责: 1) 会议接待、日常差旅报销、办公物料管理、行政费用管理等日常行政事务的处理。Handling daily administrative tasks such as meeting reception, business travel reimbursement, office supplies management, and administrative expense management. 2) 制定Site年度活动计划,组织各类员工活动。Develop the annual activity plan for the site and organize various employee activities. 3) 主导行政事务不断改进 Lead continuous improvement of administrative affairs. 4) 协助人力资源经理制定和更新行政类政策和流程。Assist the HR Manager in defining and updating administrative policies and processes. 5) 协调员工入职离职手续的办理,协调员工试用期考核及管理相关文件。Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees, and coordinate the probation period assessments and management of related documents. 6) 支持其他人力资源相关工作,包括但不限于员工入职离职手续的办理、试用期及劳动合同管理,考勤数据整理,年假核对,各类人事档案归档等。Support other HR-related tasks, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding procedures, probation period and labor contract management, attendance data compilation, annual leave verification, and filing various personnel records. 7) 部门经理交给的其他临时工作 。Other temporary tasks assigned by the Department Manager. 8) 确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等。 Ensure full compliance with the company's Code of Ethics, Code of Management, Rules and Regulations, Values, and Employee Handbook.
任职要求: 1、 大学本科及以上学历。Bachelor Degree or above in any major 2、 3年以上行政管理工作经验。 At least 3 years’ experience in Admin management 3、 较强的沟通能力、主动性强 。Strong communication skills and high proactivity. 4、 做事认真仔细,有强烈的责任感。 Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. 5、 熟悉使用社交媒体软件、Excel、Powerpoint、Word等办公软件 。Proficient in using social media software, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office software.
