Position Summary:
负责向海外工厂采购的采购订单流程管理，包括采购订单发布、采购订单确认及跟踪交付等相关事宜
Responsible for the purchase order process for procurement from overseas factories, including PO issue, PO release, PO confirmation, delivery monitoring.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 负责集团内部海外工厂的询价及交期确认，维护ERP系统内相关物料的信息及ERP系统订单的制作并发给对方；
Responsible for price and lead time check with overseas factories. Data maintenance in ERP system, confirm planned orders and generate purchase orders in time and send PO to them.
2. 跟踪订单的交货时间，更新ERP内的预计到货时间，保证所有数据的正确性有效性，及时通知内部销售人员相关订单的交期及变化；
Follow up PO delivery time with suppliers, update delivery date information in ERP, ensure the validity of all data is correct, inform inside sales the delivery dates for their special orders and update on any changes.
3. 监督海外工厂按确认时间准时交货并根据客户需求调整运输方式；
Contact with factories to deliver products when they are completed and adjust shipping method if necessary, according to customer’s request.
4. 收集和分析销售预测。监控月度预测准确率，以确保达标，及时完成各项报表并确保准确率。
Collect and consolidate sales forecast from sales team. Monitor Monthly FA is on track. Be responsible for timely and accurate planning report.
5. 负责海外进口货物清关事宜，与货代和仓库保持良好沟通，确保货物及时入库。
Responsible for custom clearance and local transportation with good communication with broker to ensure goods inbound on time.
6. 负责供应商帐单的核对，及时支付相关款项；
Check and confirm bills from suppliers, settle payments on regular basis according to different payment terms.
7. 安全库存系统的改进和完善；
Safety stock system improvement and adjustment.
8. 监控库存和订单交货情况，及时调整订单节奏优化库存水平； Monitor inventory level and PO delivery status, adjust in time to optimize inventory level.
9. 解答相关进出口问题的咨询，能够对物流成本的节约做出贡献；
Respond to enquiries concerning questions on import/export. Contribution for cost saving of clearance and logistics.
10. 领导交办的其他事项。
Other work assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 熟悉供应链各模块的基本流程，熟悉HS Code和国际贸易流程；
Familiar with supply Chain whole process, HS Code and international trade process.
2. 具有海陆空、铁路等货物运输、物资仓储和包装管理等物流操作技能；
Have sea, land and air transportation of goods, warehousing and packaging management and other logistics operation skills.
3. 优秀的自我管理能力和较强的分析能力，有团队精神，有较强责任心，能够吃苦耐劳，诚实守信；
Self-starting individual, ability to set priorities, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, team player. Have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to bear hardships and stand hard work. A strong sense of professional integrity.
4. 流利的英语听说读写能力，良好的Microsoft Office技能，良好的沟通协调能力；
Fluent English, both verbal and written, excellent computer skills (MS excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科以上学历，供应链、英语、外贸等相关专业；
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain, English, trading, business or other related fields is preferred.
2. 5年以上相关岗位工作经验（机械设备或仪表仪器行业），进出口贸易尤佳；
Minimun 5 years work experience in mechanical equipment or instrument industry, work experience on import & export business is a plus.
3. 有SAP或其他ERP经验由佳，会德语或法语更佳。
SAP or other ERP experience is preferred. German or French is a plus.
