Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
1.Establish and maintains the procedure of warehouse management（GMP warehouse and non-GMP warehouse） including the GMP materials and drug products management to ensure the operation of receiving, storage and issuing and shipping activities compliance with GMP requirements.
建立和维护仓库管理(GMP仓及non-GMP仓)包括物料和成品的管理文件，确保GMP物料及产品的收发存的操作都符合GMP要求；
2.Completes warehouse normally operational working items such as 5S management, stock-taking for materials and drug products and etc. and following up on work results.
完成仓库日常工作包括仓库现场的5S管理，物料及产品的盘点等，并跟进工作结果；
3.Regularly inspect the facilities and equipment in warehouse areas, and if any problems, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
定期巡查仓库区域的设施和设备，如有问题，需发起维修和更换申请工单；
4.Support warehouse storage requirements and ensure efficient space utilization. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
合理布局仓库库位存放，确保空间高效利用，积极通过各种管理工具进行流程优化，已达到***库存管理流程；
5.Participate in investigation and cooperate with other GMP department to deal with quality events about the materials such as deviation, CAPA and CR and etc.
参与和配合其他GMP部门调查和处理物料相关的质量事件,比如偏差，纠正预防措施，变更等；
6.Actively Cooperate with QA and other departments to participate in internal or external audits activities in warehouse areas, and timely complete finding items if any.
积极配合QA及其他部门参与内部和外部审计，并及时完成整改发现项（如有）；
7.Responsibility of management of warehouse site, such as identifications, temperature and humidity date record, equipment usage record, etc.
负责仓库现场的管理，比如标识管理，温湿度数据，设备使用记录等；
8.Ensure the consistency of account, cart and material in warehouse.
确保仓库物料帐卡物一致；
9.Responsibility of expiry date management and reject materials management.
负责有效期和不合格品物料的管理；
10.Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with EHS regulations.
严格执行安全管理制度，建立、遵守执行标准，维护安全健康的仓储环境；
11.Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data SAP system.
维护、熟悉SAP操作系统，确保及时、完整、正确的提供库存动态信息，定期盘点，降低库存积压，提高库存周转率；
12.Responsibility of all import and export activities compliance with China customs regulation requirements.
负责所有进出口业务符合中国海关的法规要求；
13.Responsibility of materials dispatching timely for MFG and laboratory requirements.
负责生产及实验室物料的及时发放；
14.Responsibility of receiving equipment at the factory as a notice for arrival.
负责设备的到厂接收；
15.Responsibility of logistic shipment of materials and drug product delivery to customers.
负责交付客户的原材料及产品的物流发运；
16.Responsibility of third party warehouse management including inventory, transferring and alarm management.
负责三方仓的管理，包括库存，转运及报警管理；
17.Other work arranged by superior leaders.
上级领导安排的其他工作。
Qualification 任职资格：
1.College degree in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse related discipline,
大专或以上学历，供应链、物流，仓储相关专业。Minimum working 2.experience in Logistics / Warehouse of 2 years, strong warehouse management experience，prior experience in pharma / biotech warehouse is preferred.
具备至少两年物流或仓库相关工作经验，有良好的仓库管理经验，药企行业仓库工作经验者先优先考虑。Familiar with local GxP guidelines, policies and
3.regulations is a plus. Experienced in ERP/SAP system is a plus.
了解制药的相关要求、规章以及法规；***熟悉ERP/SAP系统作业内容；
4.Forklift certification a plus.
***有仓库叉车证；
5.Ability to communicate and collaborate across functional groups in completing necessary job requirements.
具有跨组织的沟通协作能力保证按时完成工作。
