As an MT Engineer at Siemens Energy in China, you will start your day by coordinating technological reviews and providing support for ongoing processes. You will collaborate with a world-class team to estimate and analyze production hours, ensuring our work is flawless and efficient. Your daily activities will include updating homework instructions and training sessions to maintain high standards. The innovation projects you drive in manufacturing technology will have a significant impact on our mission to deliver balanced energy solutions.




How You’ll Make an Impact


● Coordinate technological reviews and support ongoing processes to ensure flawless execution.
● Estimate and analyze monthly production hours, successfully implementing production loads into the working hours system.
● Edit and update homework instructions, providing regular training to maintain high standards and consistency.
● Identify, initiate, and drive innovation projects in manufacturing technology, contributing to our reputation for excellence.
● Support and collaborate with different departments on offers, design, material purchasing, quality control, and Lean production areas.
● Undertake additional tasks as arranged by your manager to meet organizational goals.

● Advanced expertise in product manufacturing with a proven ability to fulfill manufacturing tasks and edit standard operation instructions.
● Outstanding product knowledge in the domain, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
