工作职责：
与 新能源动力总成系统团队负责人一起根据车辆程序要求建立项目框架（QCDP：质量、成本、延迟、性能）：
- 制定项目所需的预算
- 合并目标成本。
- 巩固质量目标。
- 整合技术定义和相关性能。
- 构建与车辆调度同步的 PWT 调度
负责 PWT QCDP 项目融合
- PWT 团队的横向动画
- 向车辆总工程师 （CVE） 报告项目状态
- 管理质量里程碑的成功
- 与雷诺公司就出口项目进行多次联系

任职要求：
1.***学历为大学本科及以上，电气、汽车相关等相关专业优先
2.大学英语四级（或同等水平）及以上，具有良好的英语听说读写能力
3.至少 5 年电气产品开发管理工作经验，有合资汽车公司工作经验者优先
4.技能技巧：了解 EV 系统设计、电池、ePWT、安全、HV 系统、PWT 性能
Responsibility:
Establish with PWT team leaders, the project framing (QCDP : Quality, Cost, Delay, Performance) based on vehicle program request:
- build the budget needed for the project
- consolidate the target cost.
- consolidate the quality target.
- Consolidate the technical definition and associated performance.
- build the PWT schedule synchronized with the vehicule schedule
In charge of the PWT QCDP project convergence
- Transversal animation of PWT team
- reports the project status to Chief Vehicle Engineer (CVE)
- Manage the success of quality milestones
- many contacts with Renault corporate for Export projects
