I - Job Responsibilities/岗位职责
1. Be responsible for monthly /quarterly and yearly financial closing, and ensure all assigned accounts of general ledger and sub ledger are reconciled, Valuation / monitoring GL accounts
负责月度/季度和年度财务结帐，并确保所有指定的总账和明细账核对一致,对于差异科目保持核查和监督
2. Be responsible for G/L accounts (accruals, provisions, amortization etc.)
负责总账相关事宜，包括但不限于费用计提、预计负债、摊销等
3. Be responsible for intercompany reconciliation and check necessary intercompany recharges
负责集团关联方对账工作, 并确认必要的集团内部收费记账工作
4. Ensure monthly financial report should be accurate and submitted on time, comply with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) as well
确保每月按时提交符合中国及集团会计准则的财务会计报告
5. Cashflow management and planning, re-check payment document and prepare A/P payments proposal
有效地进行资金计划和管理，复核付款文件安排适当的应付账款付款计划
6. Assist in preparation monthly HQ reporting package and consolidation report, also ad hoc finance analysis reportin
协助完成总部月度报告和关联公司合并报告, 及其他财务分析报告
7. Handle tax declaration / Annual tax fililing and settlement / tax aduit and other related work
处理税务申报，年度汇算清缴，应对税务稽查；负责办理单项涉税业务以及其他税务相关工作
8. Be responsible for annual financial auditing also group internal auditing
负责年度财务审计和以及集团内部部审计
9. Take lead T&E system upgrade project implementation
领导差旅报销系统升级项目实施
10. Assist in accounting process risk controlling and procedure improvement
协助会计流程风险控制和改进
11. Ad hoc job task and coordination of cross-functions.
完成上级交办的其它工作任务和跨部门协调事项。
II - REQUIRED Qualification/岗位资格要求
1. Education background and working experience 教育背景与工作经历：
1）Bachelor degree and major in Accounting or Finance related
会计或财务相关领域专业本科及以上学历
2）Over 5 years working experience in MNC
至少5年以上外企相关经验
3）CPA or ACCA certificate is preferred
有CPA或ACCA证书优先考虑
2. Working Skill/工作技能：
1）Professional knowledge and capability for this job
财务专业知识
2）Good learning ability and can handle work independently
学习能力强，能独立工作
3）Familiar with ERP system and EXCEL, SAP is preferred
熟练使用ERP系统和EXCEL， SAP优先

5）Good skill in English/Chinese communication
