Key Responsibilities:
1) Perform process development or modify existing process formulations according to customers’ requirements
2) Define processing and equipment specifications
3) Review processing techniques and methods in manufacture environmental
4) Participate design requirement review with hardware engineering team to ensure capability and compatibility of processing methods
5) Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specifications
6) Conceive, define and plan projects with new concepts and/or new approaches in processing


Requirements:
1+ years of semiconductor industry experiences, extensive experiences and knowledge on etch equipment （3D NAND）； Fab experience is desired
M. S. and Ph. D in Chemistry, physics or Material sciences.
