职位描述：
1、管理项目，制定项目计划，包括项目范围、时间节点、质量计划、预算、资源和、风险和机遇、优先级等
Managing project and developing project master plan, including project scope, timeline, quality plan, budget, resources, risks and opportunities, priorities, etc.
2、主导项目前期投标阶段的报价和澄清，确保成本的准确性，并支持销售团队获取项目
Leading the project bidding phase for quotes and clarifications to ensure cost accuracy and support the sales team in acquiring projects.
3、与所有项目干系人密切合作，分配责任，定期监测、检查和分析项目进展
Assignment of responsibilities in close collaboration with all project stakeholders as well as regular monitoring, checking and analysis of progress.
4、识别并解决项目过程中出现的问题，并核实整个项目阶段性目标的实现情况
Recognizing and resolving issues and problems during the project as well as verifying the achievement of milestones throughout the project.
5、识别和评估风险，引入和监控纠正措施以及解决方案
Identifying and assessing risk as well as introducing and monitoring corrective actions and solutions.
6、保持与客户的持续沟通，并作为客户和参与项目的内部部门之间的联系纽带
Maintaining ongoing communication with the customer and acting as a link between the customer and internal departments involved in the project.
7、及时创建并提交（状态）报告和文档，包括内部和客户
Creating and presenting (status) reports and documentation timely, both internally and to the customer.
8、使用项目管理工具来管理里程碑、资源、预算和技术状态（时间、质量、成本）
Using project management tools to manage milestones, resources, budget, and technical status (time, quality, cost)
9、记录和执行经验教训--自我驱动的持续改进方法
Documentation and execution of lessons learned – self-driven approach for continuous improvement.
10、在预算范围内按时执行项目，并达到指定的目标
Projects are executed on time and in budget and specified targets are met.
11、完成上级交办的其它工作。
Complete other work assigned by superior.

任职资格：
1、本科或以上学历；
Bachelor Degree or above;
2、理工科相关专业
Major in Science and Engineering
3、8年及以上相关工作经验
8 years or above related working experience
4、熟悉项目管理流程与项目推进与执行方式。独立判断，能对项目进度进行全盘把控；
Familiar with project management process, project promotion and implementation. Independent judgment, able to fully control the whole project schedule and risk.
5、能有独立项目管理与运营能力，能充分与内外部沟通，沟通协调能力强；
Have independent project management and operation ability, can fully communicate with internal and external channel, strong communication and coordination ability.
6、良好的计划和执行能力、沟通和协调能力，能够承受一定的工作压力；
Good planning and execution skills, communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure.
7、有项目管理认证(如PMP认证)优先
Project Management certification (eg. PMP certification) is preferred
8、英语听说读写熟练
Good command of English both in written and spoken
9、熟练使用办公软件，尤其是EXCEL、WORD、PPT等；
Proficient in office software, especially EXCEL, WORD, PPT, etc.
10、能够应用主流项目管理软件，如Microsoft Project，Oracle Primavera P6等。
Able to use mainstream Project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6, etc.
