Job Title: 配电行业电气设计高级工程师
Location:北京，上海，武汉

Job Responsibilities:
1.Technical delivery of project execution.
- To work as an individual or a team leader of a virtual or actual team during project execution
- To proofread technical agreements and assess the technical risks discreetly;
- To verify the design of suppliers and complete related documents for approval of a customer based on schedule;
- To attend internal inspection and FAT with customer, ensure quality meets requirements;
- To attend site test & commissioning, ensure equipment and system work smoothly;
- To complete required documents with project manager for filing;
- To facilitate project manager to handover required documents to service department after warrantee period of a contract.
2. Provide Competitive Technical Proposal.
- To work as an individual or a team leader of a virtual or actual team during project bidding
- To proofread technical documents of RFQ or MR and assess the technical risks discreetly;
- To verify the proposal of IG and OG suppliers and communicate efficiently with them for optimization;
- To build a consolidated technical proposal and revision within required timeframe
- To align with techno-commercial engineer and sales to learn customer feedback and share ideas
- To clarify with customers for unclear items and attend the conf. call or F2F meetings etc.
- To attend supplier visiting and audit where necessary
- To facilitate techno-commercial engineer to handover after contract awarded or LOI received
3. Quality Control
- Based on QMS requirements, review and check the design of suppliers and ensure the design consistent with technical agreements
- Follow the technical working flow defined by TDMS
- Use box sharing tools to store the documents in structured folders
- Check manufacturing quality through factory inspection to ensure quality.
4. Technical risk assessment and improve margin
- Support a PM or Techno-commercial engineer to assess technical risks and contribute margin improvement by proper technical proposals.
5. Workload plan and improve efficiency
- Individual work load forecast monthly and complete working time record weekly;
- Improve efficiency to ensure labor hours within budget.
6. Improve competency and contribute to knowledge database
- Completed tasks required for solution standardization and competency improvement
- To contribute to E-House offer development and new vendor development
- To contribute to Box based knowledge sharing folders

Job Requirements:
1.University or Master’s degree, major in Electric Engineering or Automation
2. More than 5 years as technical engineer in panel builder, competitor, design institute, EPC, consultant etc. 中低压配电设计，电气一次、二次设计经验，做过Ehouse电气设计经验优先
3. Be familiar with electric distribution system, relay protection, PMS, standards and codes, earthing system, engineering design, and equipment
4. Working experience in overseas project is a plus
5.Knowledge of steel structure or HVAC part is a plus
6. Good team player and communication skill
7. Personal flexibility and high work mobility
8. 英语口语熟练，可以和外国人沟通
