Main Responsibility: Promote the business of ARO China for the following customer segments: 83 Car industry manufacturers (Joint Ventures & Local) 83 Line builders within the automotive sector 83 Tier 1 suppliers - Industries utilizing resistance welding equipment 83 Other relevant areas
Tasks & Reporting: 83 Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as one of the primary points of contact for ARO. 83 Proactively gather all pertinent information regarding projects and coordinate sales activities. 83 Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQ) with support from ARO (primarily in ARO France, as well as assistance from ARO China). The Sales Accounts Manager will conduct a thorough analysis of customer needs and prepare quotations that include defined pricing and sales conditions in accordance with ARO Group policies. 83 Negotiate terms with clients while regularly summarizing and reporting on ongoing sales projects. 83 Maintain communication with clients throughout project execution and post-project follow-up, which includes regular travel to client locations. 83 The Sales Accounts Manager operates under the supervision of Managing director ARO China, to whom they report.
Requirement & Experiences: 83 Bachelor’s degree from an Industrial University. 83 Preferably possesses experience related to Resitance welding guns or sales within the automotive sector linked to our welding equipment business. 83 Primary responsibility is to develop new customers; must demonstrate capability in initiating contact with potential clients while maintaining strong relationships. 83 Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience demonstrating solid performance results are required. 83 Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills. 83 Proficient in both spoken and written English.
