This person’s primary objectives are to:

-Grow Schroff business in Middle of China and Southwest region, including Wuhan, Changsha, Chengdu,etc.
-发展Schroff产品业务在华中和西南区域,包括武汉、长沙、成都等地
-Sell specific products or service to target customers
-针对目标客户销售特定的产品及服务
-Develop new customers in target vertical, especially in Telecom and Test & Measurement

-Develop new partners to increase market share

-Achieve AOP

In this position, you will get to:

-Understand market and application well
-充分了解市场及应用
-Use the knowledge to find out more potential opportunities and convert to revenue
-利用专业知识发现更多潜在机会并转化为销售收入业绩
-Fill market gap and gain market share in the area
-获取空白区域市场份额
-Knows the competitors situation in the market and communicate with the supervisor
-了解竞争对手市场信息,并与团队保持沟通
-Acquire new customers as needed to exceed sales expectations

-Build relationships with key influencers at growth oriented accounts. find out customer real needs and offer proper solutions

-*** contact window in front of customers, daily communication with customers

-Identify, define and develop solutions to issues that are not immediately evident in existing processes and systems.

-Promote the company's products & brands effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, distributor and end-user product trainings.

You have:

-Bachelor Degree in electronics/engineering or equivalent work experience
-电子/工程专业本科学历
-Minimum five years working experience in sales/marketing position
-5年相关行业销售市场岗位经验
-Work under pressure
-具有较好的抗压能力
-Good at communication
-良好的沟通能力
-Technical understanding
-良好的技术领悟能力
-Market sensitive
-具备较高的市场敏感性
-Working attitude: positive and high passion
