Key Objectives of this Role:
61 RFI/RFQ pursuit management
- Early program involvement to understand project background, requirements.
- Build strong collaboration with CFT stakeholders.
- Ensure supplier quotes to meet engineering specifications and timing.
- Challenge/negotiate with supplier on quote price competitiveness.
- Build right understanding of display cost structure.
- Deliver timely purchasing outputs to program stakeholders.
61 Sourcing management
- Lead and conduct supplier sourcing within commodity strategy to meet program targets.
- Perform bidding method to negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare and Present sourcing board/forum for supplier nomination approval.
- Contract/SNL management after sourcing
61 Running project management
- Manage commercial topics for SCR(supplier change request)/ECR(engineer change request).
- Manage the escalation for supplier delivery crisis/shortage.
- Manage supplier performance to support new program flawless launch.
- Lead supplier quality/warranty etc. claim negotiations.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
61 ＞5 years of working experience (procurement/sales) in a cross functional team organization.
61 Proven track of negotiations (supplier/customer).
61 Passion for technology and investigation of undiscovered potential in design or supplier base.
61 Capability to stay focused and calm in a demanding business environment.
61 Strong communicator who is fluent in English (writing and speaking).
61 Experience in the display product industry or a related technology field.
61 Solid ability of excel data analysis (PowerBI, Python is plus).
