Key Objectives of this Role:
* Optical system design and simulation
* LED technologies and their principles of operation;
* Make illumination Hardware BOM (type of LEDs packaging, flux, color, driving …)
* Development of optical/illumination systems for high volume manufacture
* Supports Optics & Display professional leader for needed tools; material; investment; methodology improvement

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
* Display Background Experience mainly to develop Light guide
* Photometry and Colorimetry (including measurement techniques & laboratory experience)
* Capability to select LED type and number to fit to optical specification
* Basic knowledge about mechanical CAD will be a plus, (Catia V5, Pro Engineer)
* Development of automotive products preferably in Instrument cluster, Infotainment,HVAC products
* Fluent in verbal and written English.
* Minimum 5 to 8 Years in Automotive products
