工作地点：工作地点位于经开区南太子湖的分公司(武汉市蔡甸区南太子湖创新谷二期 3B 栋4楼)-目前预计 2026年7月入驻新研发楼，地址位于东西湖区环湖中路李家墩(奥林匹克花园对面)
Responsibilities :
-负责本公司新产品开发项目管理工作的整体推进和项目总体进度的跟踪。 Push and Follow up projectplanning.
-负责推荐成立产品开发项目小组;Set up projectteam of cross functions.
负责召集制定和更新“产品开发进度计划”;Leadteam to build and update project planning.
-负责对项目小组成员与项目相关的工作的安排，组织和召开项目小组会议，做出必要的仲裁;Arrangeproject team meeting with team members,distribute project tasks to team members, ifneed，to makejudgment for team.-负责起草阶段评审资料;
负责组织项目组成员对项目各阶段工作进行评审;Prepare APDS TG audit, and arrange teammembers to review Phase performance for everyAPDS phases.
领导项目小组完成质量、成本、费用以及期限目标，并按阶段进行项目跟踪和项目管理;拟定、优化、调整计划并确定资源上的需求;Lead team to set up projecttarget, including Quality, Cost, timing planningand resource requirement.
获取客户对项目的要求并向项目小组提出相应的要求;In project, work as Customer representative, getand forward Customer information.-负责开发过程中产品成本和项目费用控制;Controlproject and product cost.
-其他部门经理布置的任务.Other tasks as directedby Department Manager.Requirements
熟练掌握，运用APQP管理项目开发;(Good skill todevelop new project at APQP basis;-能熟练运用 SPC,MSA,PFMEA等质量管理工具:Good at tools of quality management such as SPCMSA, PFMEA;
-英语说写流利;熟练使用MSOFFICE，AutoCAD:Good English speaking and writing; good at MSOFFICE, AutoCAD1)
