工作地点：
入职前期在上海培训 3-6 个月时间，培训结束后返回武汉工作，工作地点位于经开区南太子湖的分公司(武汉市蔡甸区南太子湖创新谷二期 3B 栋4楼)-目前预计 2026年7月入驻新研发楼，地址位于东西湖区环湖中路李家墩(奥林匹克花园对面)
5年以上，
研发设计能力强，有创新研发意识；英语要敢说，不能开口的不行
responsibility
1) Cooperate with Autoliv global technical centers on product innovation development.
2) Lead GDP delivery and new technology promotion.
3) Lead feasibility study, design review, design verification, product verification.
4) Continuous product performance improvement and cost optimization.
Supervise the task delivery of lower-level engineers.
Requirements：
1) Be familiar with Automotive product development process, laws & regulations.
2) Good at tools of quality mgt. such as SPC, MSA, DFMEA.
3)Good knowledge of project management.
4) Knowledge of mechatronics is a plus.
