We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, hands-on experience with POS systems (especially CS2000), and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and user experience of our systems across retail and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases for both POS and e-commerce systems. Lead manual and automated testing efforts across multiple projects and environments. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to ensure feature completeness and high quality. Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate functionality, data accuracy, performance, and security. Monitor, track, and report on defect status and test progress using tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc. Ensure that all software releases meet quality standards prior to deployment. Act as a QA lead on key initiatives, mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software QA with at least 2 years working with POS systems (preferably CS2000). Solid experience in e-commerce QA including checkout flows, payment processing, inventory management, and user experience testing. Familiar with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or similar). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Proficient in SQL and data validation. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
