Position summary: This position is responsible for achieving sales quotas within an assigned group of customers and to increase Stryker’s presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description) 61 Implement sales activities and support local marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal. 61 Support Business director / Business Manager to formulate the sales plan and acitivites in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growh. 61 Maintain a close network of cooperative relationship with business partners (dealers), customers and key stakeholders 61 Develop and maintain a key account information system to support & monitor performance of dealers 61 Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy 61 Liaise with spot dealers to maximize success rate 61 Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues 61 Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basis
Education & Experience: 61 Degree holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related area 61 At least 4 years sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry 61 Proven record in channel management and key account management
