Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the marketing and sales of optical fiber and cable products, and complete the sales target set by the company. 2. Responsible for collecting market information, summarizing, classifying and reporting, and providing suggestions for developing new markets. 3. Maintain existing customer relationships, develop new customer resources, and establish a good customer network. 4. Responsible for the preparation of quotation and bidding documents for large projects, and guide sales representatives and business assistants to monitor and guide the documents signed with customers in a timely manner. 5. Regularly report sales and market feedback to superiors, and put forward improvement strategies and suggestions. 6. Assist the department to conduct sales performance appraisal and management of the sales team and provide corresponding suggestions.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, communication engineering, marketing and other related majors are preferred. 2. At least 5 years of sales experience in the communication industry, with 3 years or more of sales management experience is preferred. 3. Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and team management skills. 4. Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, able to maintain a positive work attitude in a high-pressure environment. 5. Good market insight and analytical judgment skills, able to solve problems independently. 6. Proficient in the use of office software, with a certain degree of English reading and writing skills is preferred.
