Key Objectives of the Role: 61 Warranty Claims Management: Process and manage warranty claims for automotive display systems, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. 61 Failure Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of returned display units to identify root causes of failures and recommend corrective actions. 61 Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers regarding warranty issues, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving. 61 Data Analysis: Analyze warranty data to identify trends and patterns, and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives. 61 Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to address warranty-related issues and implement corrective actions. 61 Documentation: Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, analysis results, and corrective actions taken. 61 Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product reliability and reduce warranty costs.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: 61 Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with equivalent experience. 61 5+ years of experience in launching automotive display products. 61 Strongly prefer experience with displays. 61 Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. 61 Proficient in understanding hardware, mechanical, and software design intricacies. 61 Expertise in high-level system analysis. 61 Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) to effectively collaborate with global teams and customers. 61 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, PowerBI, and SharePoint). 61 Skilled in collaborating with suppliers for part selection and negotiation. 61 Bonus: Understanding of hardware architectures and implementation for various products.
