Your Role
In your daily job you will:

1. High level packaging concept design and estimate
the packaging cost during quotation
2. Design packing based on customer packing
specification or APTIV standard spec
3. Communicate with customer to get our packing design
approved
4. Issue packing specification (packing working
instruction) after PPAP to plant
5. Approve SPI (Supplier Packaging Information) before
PPAP with AQE
6. Packing cost monthly analysis
7. Fill in packing material annual blank contract for
procurement
8. Handle customer complain related packing and solve
the raw material packaging problem
9. Working with floor people for daily packing cost
improvement initiatives
10. Work with SCM for annual cost reduction initiatives
11. Provide support to the plants on packaging during
execution
12. Communize and standardize the packaging concept
across the plants
13. Study and introduce state-of-the-art and cost
effective packaging solution to the plants

Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Packaging Engineering or related
2.At least 3 years related working experience in packaging and material developing and
qualification, and familiar with packaging process and test technology
3.Multi-national company experience and work proficiency with Auto CAD
4.Good communication skill, Good at systemic thinking, strong sense of logic,
result-oriented with highly self-motivated
5.Good written and read English skill
