General Description Identifies and evaluates the system architectural elements from the system requirements and creates the system architectural design specification, also oversees the system integration and test against the architecture.
Key Accountabilities
1. Analyze stakeholder requirement internally and with customer, maintain and update the requirement compliance matrix 2. Create, structure and specify internal requirements 3. Bi direction trace the system requirement 4. Specify and document the element of the system 5. Allocate system requirements to system elements 6. Define and document the interface of the system elements between subsystem of gearbox, eMotor and inverter 7. Generate bi directional traceability of architecture document 8. Optional could works as feature owner for torque application and efficiency related topic
Qualifications & Requirements 1. Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required 2. At least 5 years’ experience in electrical or hybrid powertrain development is required 3. Deep knowledge of system development and concept design electrical or hybrid powertrain is required 4. Good knowledge and experience work for the program following ASPICE development, especially familiar with SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3 5. Good knowledge to utilize Polaron, Jira system 6. Good cooperation, communication and organization capabilities 7. Good written and spoken English is required
