RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Clean and maintain the raw data from Medline systems based on business logic;
61 Clean the raw data by ensuring meet business requirement and logic
61 Document the cleaned data for further analysis

(2) Analyze cleaned data, generate and maintain reports or dashboards on displaying quality data;
61 Analyze cleaned data, generate reports by following stakeholder’s requests, add insights, and release the reports within required time period
61 Design and maintain dashboards per stakeholder’s need and business plan

(3) Maintain communication channel with stakeholders;
61 Seek feedback and new business needs from stakeholders on continuous improvement and development
61 Work with various business stakeholders to develop scalable BI reporting solutions and strong data visualization
61 Provide timely support and clarification when receiving questions or requests from stakeholders

(4) Other projects or duties assigned by manager.


Qualification

(1) Education level: at least of bachelor degree;
(2) Working experience: 2+ years of related experience;
(3) Specific knowledge: Excel, Tableau or Power BI;
(4) Language: excellent verbal and written English.
(5) Good command in common data processing tools, such as Excel, SQL;
(6) Experienced in developing dashboards in visualization software, such as Tableau or Power BI;
(7) Strong data sensitivity, logic and interest on data analysis;
(8) Strong project and time management skills;
(9) Good communication and problem-solving skills;
(10) Experienced on Microsoft office like Word, PPT, etc.
