Key Objectives:
61 Analyze display requirements from OEMs/CREs to support pursuits and production programs.
61 Develop display specifications and select components to maximize reuse and minimize costs.
61 Work with Purchasing to ensure the best solutions are brought forward and provide feedback to
pursuits/development teams.
61 Conduct electrical and optical measurements of all displays.
61 Ensure DFMEA completion and design verification for each display.
61 Provide manufacturing support to both company and supplier sites during industrialization.

Key Performance Indicators:
61 Provide correct specification compliance information.
61 Collaborate with suppliers to meet TFT requirements.
61 Work with internal cross-functional teams.

Key Year One Deliverables:
61 Complete 5 RFQ projects and develop one technical platform.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant experience.
61 Ability to present and communicate in English.
61 Preferably experienced in developing automobile display products.
61 Ability to travel internationally independently
