职责和责任Duties and Responsibilities 一. 工地运营管理Site Management 1. 负责工地运营管理:包括任务指导书、程序控制、质量审核、工作效率等的控制和管理,确保各项任务的顺利有效运行。 Good management of local activities and inspection teams: instructions, controls of procedures, Quality audit, control of lead time, etc. To be sure that our operations are well done in site. 2. 任务组织管理:包括任务涉及的合理有效的配置资源、文件资料、操作方法、报告等。 Organize operations : For each Quality control, good deploy resources, documents, methods, reporting, etc … 3. 负责建立和健全质量岗位责任:明确各岗位职责、权力和义务。 Set up and strengthen the duties and responsibilities of each post, and make it well defined. 4. 熟悉公司各项程序制度,确保各项管理规定在工地的实施:包括人力资源管理程序、财务及采购程序等。 To be well acknowledged with CLARTE’s rules & regulations, to ensure the good implementation of CLARTE’s procedures, including site HR management, accounting related procedures and purchasing etc. 5. 尽可能经常出现在工作现场:检查、审核任务执行各方面情况。 To be often present on site, in order to monitor and audit the quality activities. 6. 积极发现并解决工地存在的问题;建立双向沟通渠道,完善工地的各项规章制度、管理办法、工作程序等,确保工地管理和员工绩效的不断提升。 Be responsible for the site improvement, including establishment of two-way communication channel, improve rules and regulations, management methods, working procedures etc., to ensure the continuous improvement of the site performance and management. 7. 创造融洽和谐的工作氛围,通过实施有效的激励,充分调动员工的积极性,提升团队凝聚力,加强员工的集体荣誉感,从而塑造良好的企业形象。 To create a harmonious work atmosphere, fully arouse the initiative of staff by effective incentives, enhance the cohesiveness and sense of collective honor of the team as well as shaping a favourable corporate image. 8. 负责工地专业化有竞争力的核心队伍的建立和管理,包括核心队伍的招聘、选拔、培训和开发等。 To be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a professional and competitive core staff team, including recruiting, selection, training, and development of the team. 9. 与客户及制造商建立并维护密切的合作关系,保证信息交流及客户对任务进展情况的了解。 Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the customer and manufacturer. Keep informed the customer of the process and matters. 10. 保持与客户的密切沟通,随时了解市场及客户需求:包括技术、物流、工具、资源配置等情况,不断改进服务技能。 Keep close liaison with customers, in order to understand its bid: Technical, logistics, tools, resources, and constantly improve our services. 11. 负责客户抱怨和质量事故处理,执行纠正措施,圆满解决客户相关事宜。 Be responsible for customer complaints and quality incidence, perform corrective actions, and satisfactory resolve all customer issues. 12. 确保安全卫生环境等各项规定的实施和遵守。 To be sure that the applications of Safety, Hygiene and environment rules are well done in sites. 13. 确保质量控制程序的严格执行,定期进行质量工作检查。 To be sure that the applications of quality procedure are well done in the sites, regular monitoring and inspection shall be conducted. 二. 成本控制和管理Cost control and management 1. 对工地的成本控制及回款情况管理。 Be responsible for site cost control and overdue receivables. 2. 有对下属的人事推荐权和考核、评价权; Reserve the rights of personnel recommendation and evaluation of subordinates. 3. 完成公司领导交办的其他工作。 Performs additional related duties as deemed necessary and appropriate to this position. 三. 业务拓展Business Development 1. 负责收集客户及竞争者的信息,提出改进意见和建议; To be responsible for the research and analysis of competitor and client information, to carry out suggestions and plans of improvement. 2. 负责所在地区的业务开拓。 To be responsible for the business development of the area.
