This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and reinforce the premium positioning of our brand across multiple channels. This role serves as a key brand ambassador and strategic thinker, ensuring consistency of brand identity while identifying innovative opportunities for market expansion and customer acquisition. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams, external agencies, and key partners to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable business results.
Duties: 61 Execute annual brand strategies to enhance awareness, reputation, and market share.
61 Manage omni-channel brand content (social media, website, e-commerce, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and alignment with positioning.
61 Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline), track performance, and optimize ROI.
61 Analyze user personas & market trends, deliver competitive reports to drive strategic adjustments.
61 Manage brand budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and control costs while maximizing impact.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Sales, Agencies) to achieve brand goals.
61 Establish brand monitoring systems for PR crisis management and reputation protection.
Requirements: 1. Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
2. 3+ years in brand operations/digital marketing; experience in 0-1 brand building preferred.
61 Expertise in social media platforms (WeChat/Weibo/Douyin/TikTok, etc.).
61 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, etc.
61 Excellent communication, project management, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
