Manage projects as a business, with accountability for the management of the scope, schedule, budget, and risk of assigned projects for the supply of transformer to ensure successful project execution with predictable outcomes from order entry through the warranty period.
How You’ll Make an Impact
61Have a good understanding of all the project management knowledge areas and should have confirmed these in your previous projects.
61Responsible for the project execution and delivery, incl. milestones, time schedule, its controlling, and the change management. Support and follows cost control.
61Plan Control and coordinate all internal interfaces - Engineering, SCM, Manufacturing, Testing, Commercial, involved regional companies.
61Monitor and effectively report the progress and status of the project to management and to the client in accordance with the project plan.
61Should have problem solving issues that arise during project execution, handle escalations and deep dive into the issue and handle customer expectations.
What You Bring
61Project Management Certification (PMP/IPMA-C) is preferred.
61Minimum 3+ years of project management or related experience is required. Experience in the transformer or electric utility industry is a plus.
61Fluent English speaking and reading and writing.
61Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in team management or foreign companies is preferred.
61The ability to work collaboratively with Siemens-Energy stakeholders and the client and demonstrate a working knowledge of Siemens-Energy products, applications, and applicable standards.
