1、新项目的产品应用开发与导入；

2、从产品的角度满足客户的新需求及规范，开展新的概念及详细设计开发工作；
Follow the customer new needs/requirements from the product side; New concept &design development and implementation.
3、生产支持：紧密配合生产、工业化工程和产品开发工作；
Manufacturing support; keep a close contact with Manufacturing/ Process Engineering and product development activities.
4、为了实现有竞争力的成本和高质量的目标，持续改进产品设计；
Continuous product improvement to achieve competitive cost and quality advantage.
5、创建产品内部管理规范 ；
Make internal product control standards if necessary.6、管理、监控样品生产和协助实验工程师制定测试计划;
Monitor/arrange sample building & define testing plan with lab.
7、完成上级安排的其它工作;
The other work arranged by Senior Manager.

任职资格
1、工科学士学位（电机或相关的）;
Bachelor degree major in Electric Motors or related.
2、超过3年的汽车零配件行业冷却风扇总成设计开发工作;
Over 3 years working experience in automotive parts with in CFM design/development.
3、工程BOM及绘图技能;
Engineering BOM & drawing created knowledge.
