Purpose of position: Assure product development, from project award to series production. Coordinate the development team using the AL Harmonized Procedures, respecting the time frames, the quality and cost guidelines given by the Customer
Job Responsibilities: 1. Execution of a project management from Project Release to Project Design Review 2. Leading the project core team – core team members report to project manager 3. Interface to the customer, with regards to cost, timing, quality, involving the proper company functions 4. Reporting project status, potential risks internally to Project Control Committee (PCC), execution of Project Assessment meetings, creation and maintenance of Project Status Report(PSR), 5. Application of AL Harmonized procedures, dedication of work packages to team and project leaders of sub-teams; monitoring timely completion activities 6. Project risk management, execution of design concept release (CR) and quality risk control (QRC) in each phase of project 7. Responsible of output of project team and customer meetings output should be documented in a “List of Open Points” 8. Preparation of CAPEX approval, and present the project financial status in front of HQ management team. 9. Keep good usage and maintenance of those PMO tools (Atlassian, CPD, LOP DB…) and keep related information synchronized between project team and management level 10. RQA Involvement & Coordination (Timing Line setup / review & Project Team List) 11. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Group leader and Dept. Manager.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor, preferred in Mechanical,Electronic Engineering; 2. Minimum 4-year relevant working experience in project management and totally at least 6 years working experience, preferred in automotive industry. 3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software; 4. Good command of English in both spoken and written; 5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
