14. Knowledge of Quality Norms: IATF- S TS 16949
15. Knowledge of Automotive Industry Requirements

17. Project Management knowledge

19. Professional experience in automotive industry preferred (minimum 5 years with 2 years in quality field)
Responsibility
1. Support R&D, Project Buyer and Development Team in Supplier selection of new buy components from external supplier and all sourcing phases
2. Ensure risk analysis evaluation in the early project phase
3. Participate to Technical Review and validate suppliers solutions in terms of Quality, Capability and Timing in line with the project team
4. Ensure lessons learned application through feasibility committment and technical review approval
5. Ensure the implementation of Commodity state of the art and best in class standards/practice requirements in supplier processes throught the application of Commodity Quality Check List.
6. Ensure the transmission and implementation of Specific Customer requirements
7. Drive the Project Review with the suppliers
8. SDE is in charge of the PPAP approval process (including tool payments when relevant and the temporary approval management when applicable)
9. Support Change Management process and promote second sourcing
10. Take decisions, autonomously solve problems, escalate properly
11. Work across a global, matrixed organization, sharing and learning best practices.
12. Act in accordance with Magneti Marelli procedures and Operative Instructions.
13. Close cooperation with Project Buyer
14. Good cooperation and communication with Commodity Organization
15. Good cooperation and communication with Project team and Suppliers
16. Participate to any relevant technical meeting with R&D and Suppliers
17. Support the definition of the RFQ Package for new components
18. Perform requirements review and organize technical meetings and drawing/specifications reviews with suppliers and Development Team
19. Support any APQP reporting requested at plant/BL level.
