职位描述
1. 支持工厂经理和工厂团队,达成业务目标(预算和战略计划) Support plant managers and plant teams, to achieve the business targets (Budget & strategic plan)
1) 识别降低成本的优先级和机会,并管理(促进/领导+跟踪)必要的活动和车间,以实现成本降低(废料,制造成本,包装,MOD:直接人工,MOI:间接人工,非质量等)与VA/VE职能协调Identify cost reduction priorities and opportunities, and manage (facilitate/lead + follow-up) the activities and workshop necessary to achieve the cost reduction (scrap, manufacturing cost, packaging, MOD: Direct Labor, MOI: Indirect Labor, non-quality, etc.) coordinated with VA/VE function
2) 通过启动PIP研讨会,参与工厂改进优先事项的确定,并提供FES作为一个系统的整体知识和专业知识,选择和部署最相关的FES基础来影响优先事项Participate to the identification of the Plant Improvement priorities by animating PIP workshops, and provide overall knowledge & expertise on FES as a system, to select and to deploy the most relevant FES fundamentals to impact the priorities
3) 参与工厂预算的编制和验证,确保DLE目标,DLP目标,员工人数目标与MOD潜力,标准路线和DLE一致Participate to the plant budget construction and validation by insuring that DLE target, DLP target, headcount target are consistent with MOD potential, standard routings and DLE
4) 如果有新项目,他/她负责完成FES范围内的工作包If needed use FES&P network to find expertise resources to support the plant

6) 提出并分享***实践和经验Propose and share best practices and experience
7) 参与到其他工厂的workshop Get involved and involve others plants in workshop
2. FES体系推广和管理 FES Deployment & Management
1) 领导日常FES在shop-floor的审核 Lead daily FES audit in shop-floor
2) 主导FES Audit协助建立收敛计划Lead FES Audit in new line , help to make convergence plan
3) 组织FES团队月度工作会议 Organize monthly meeting with FES team
4) 主导建立FES团队月度工作计划 Lead plant monthly FES plan
5) 主导建立月度FES工作报告,以Performance Review形式在工厂月度Performance Review上向管理层汇报Lead plant monthly FES report, and report to plant management team in monthly performance review.
6) 工厂FES Ranking的月度评估和发放,并对Ranking系统进行有效更新 Plant FES Ranking monthly assessment, update ranking system effectively
7) 规律性地组织工厂内部FES不同模块的workshop,推动工厂内部建立Being Faurecia model line和Benchmark/Best Practice工作的进行Regularly organize plant workshop of different moduls, drive to set up Being Faurecia model line and Benchmark/Best Practice
8) 协助HR推进班长训练营的开展 Support HR to deploy GL training campus FES&P knowledge and the continuous improvement mindset through trainings and workshops
3. 激励/领导FES&P工厂团队:领导力
1) 以热情、积极、精力充沛和持续改进的态度为榜样 Showing example through enthusiasm, positive, energetic and continuous improvement attitude
2) 与部门/BG保持一致,部署和传达雄心、愿景、使命(当你能给出你正在做的事情的构想:你为什么要做这件事时,更容易激励人们) In line with the division/BG, deploys and communicates ambition, vision and mission (it is easier to energize people when you can give a vision to what you are doing: why you want to do it)
3) 支持FES&P经理设定现实的、具有挑战性的目标 Support FES&P Manager Setting realistic and challenging targets/goals
4) 通过支持和指导来激励和培养信心 To motivate and develop confidence by supporting and coaching
5) 促进团队内部的沟通(分享***实践并在需要时询问/提供支持) Promoting the communication inside the team (sharing best practices and asking/providing support when needed)
6) 促进团队合作,实现共同的目标/任务 Promoting working in groups for common goals/tasks
4. 工厂年度Six sigma、VAVE预算的达成 Annual plant 6 sigma, VAVE budget achieve
1) 建立工厂年度Six sigma、VAVE预算 Build annual plant 6 sigma, VAVE budget
2) 管理工厂内部项目结果,跟踪其收益 Manage internal VAVE result and tracking internal saving performance
5. 附加及其它工作任务 Other
a) 遵守健康安全环境规定Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;
b) 保证和直属经理和其他部门的透明和及时沟通 Ensure transparent and timely communication with line manager and other Dept. Managers;
c) 直属经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by line manager.
6. Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations遵守健康安全环境规定
7. Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant;配合公司IATF16949 &ISO14001&ISO45001& FES运营体系在工厂的实施;
Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company;确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等;
