1- Measurement / Metrics – Develop the appropriate driving metrics for Lean, assess baseline performance, develop appropriate targets and measure the progress. 2- Drive Continuous Improvement- Facilitation and implementation of the Lean through Rapid Improvement Workshops by value stream and facilitate the use of various structured problem solving techniques, team effectiveness techniques and drive the workshop participants to implement lean tools using team ideas and solutions that will achieve real and sustainable improvements in manufacturing capacity, Cycle Time and Cost; 3- Teaching / Mentoring –Hands-on leadership and teaching of Lean principles and tools.
Requires: 1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Engineering 2. Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma & Quality improvement processes 3. Manufacturing operations experience, minimum of 2 years preferred 4. Ability to effectively facilitate cross functional teams in a process improvement workshop 5. Working knowledge of how to facilitate/lead organizational change initiatives 6. Good English ability
