岗位描述 Job description 1. 在总经理与客户、员工和其他关键利益相关者(包括政府)的会议中担任翻译 Act as a translator for GM meetings with customers, Staff and other key stakeholders including the govt. 2. 为所有重要的谈话和会议起草会议记录,并分发给总经理 drafting meeting of minutes for all key conversations and meetings and to be circulated to the GM. 3.负责开拓新客户、建立良好的客户网络。 Responsible for developing new customers and establishing a good customer network. 4.与客户保持密切沟通、联络,了解客户需求,如商品目录、经营模式、主要客户群体、主推产品信息。 Keep close communication and contact with customers to understand customer needs, such as catalogues, business models, main customer groups, and main product information. 5.定期拜访公司重大客户,展示公司形象,听取客户意见,进行客户满意度调查及评价。 Visit the company's major customers regularly, show the company's image, listen to customers' opinions, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys and evaluations. 6.与质量部、生产部等公司相关合作部门就产品研发及货期等问题进行沟通与协调。 Communicate and coordinate with quality department, production Department and other relevant cooperative departments on product development and delivery. 7.充分利用集团内、外部资源,及时掌握行业动态,并对本行业市场有自己的见解。 Make full use of the group's internal and external resources, timely grasp the industry dynamics, and have own views on the industry market. 8.定期进行相关报表编制、分析并汇报。 Prepare, analyze and report relevant statements regularly. 9.完成上级领导安排的其他工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
任职要求 Qualifications 1. 英语流利,能作为工作语言。 Fluent English can be used as a working language. 2. 有3年左右相关工作经验。 About 3 years relevant working experience 3. 性格开朗,善于沟通,以结果为导向。 Outgoing and good at communication、result-oriented. 4.大专及以上学历。 College degree or above.
