The main missions of the role are to: The Program Controller is in charge of financial aspects for one or several programs (depending on their size and complexity) in order to monitor, assess and support the optimization of the program's/s' profitability and cash. The main missions of the role are to: 84 Validate each gate (program phase) at economic level 84 Produce and comment on standard program reporting to the program team, the Division and the Business Group 84 Participate in profitability and cash improvement actions (make-or-buy decisions, etc.) 84 Ensure that Company assets are optimized in the program 84 Support , coach and challenge the program team on all financial matters 84 Contribute to the Budget and the Medium Term Plan (MTP) processes 84 Propose business tools and system improvements relevant to programs Acquisition phase: 84 Collect relevant data and issues the *** Business Plan simulations and the Request For Quotation 84 Review and challenge resulting data Program Monitoring: 84 Issue the Initial Business Plan (IBP), keeping it up to date throughout the program's life 84 Control all the expense and invest, ensure program cash flow is on track 84 Drive for better program KPI, support PM to make decision Serial life: 84 Ensure adequate transition of Program data and information to production site controller 84 Assess B/S exposure Other tasks assigned by Line Manager Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have/be: 84 Master in Economics (or equivalent) or in Science with proven financial knowledge 84 Minimum 3 years to 6 years experience after graduating 84 Industrial and/or long term project management experience 84 Business minded 84 Strong communication skills 84 Self-starter 84 Mobile 84 Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
