The role of a Program Quality Leader is to guide quality development in programs until Start of Production, using the Program Management System to ensure customer satisfaction, and to coordinate efforts from all internal and external suppliers. The main missions of the role are to:

84 Coordinate, develop and coach Program Quality Engineers in the advanced quality planning requirements in programs
84 Serve as the interface with customers regarding program quality and ensure that any customer complaints are correctly processed by the Program Quality Engineers and program team
84 Ensure that the quality development in any given program is on track with the program schedule
84 Ensure that product quality is guaranteed during the program phases, before Start of Production and during any modification process
84 Assure coordination between Program Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers so that quality from supplied parts is optimised
84 Validate prototypes with suppliers and customers
84 Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
84 Bachelor's degree in Engineering
84 Minimum 4 years experience, combining development and production
84 Business and finance basics
84 Knowledge of the automotive industry
84 Results and teamwork orientation
84 Customer management experience
84 Experience and success managing a functional network
84 Knowledge of Quality tools and a project or program management system
84 English language required. Chinese language preferred
