自2024年4月11日签定合作备忘录，FORVIA“未来座舱”合资公司将于8月在芜湖正式成立。该合资业务旨在设计、开发、制造和供应全座舱范围相关的系统和模块，包括采用低二氧化碳排放材料和工艺的座椅、内饰和座舱电子。该合资公司业绩将并入FORVIA佛瑞亚，目标是到2029年实现10亿欧元销售额。该合资公司位于芜湖和青岛的两个生产基地已先期完成建设与投产。目前，合资公司正致力于打造总部与研发中心。其功能涵盖工业设计和座舱集成能力，助力FORVIA佛瑞亚提供具有开拓性、可持续和竞争力的消费者体验。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Recruit and develop, enhancement TPM development team and other function team.
2.Build quotation, project development management capability.
3.Build key OEM experience and process capability for TPM team and other function team such as system/validation/Mechanical.
4.Execution against project plans and delivery commitments, ensure the delivery of quality.
5.Allocate resource to meet the project delivery requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 10 years of experience in automotive development with In-vehicle Infotainment/Cockpit domain controller or Display product.
2.Be familiar with OEM’s such as SGM, Cherry, Geely, SAIC, SVW, Zeerkr, Nissan, FAW, Hondon product development phases and the relevant regulations.
3.With the rich experience to lead more than 10 team member to delivery the muti- project.
4.With project development experience with mainstream SOC solution such as QC820A/6155/8155/8295 or Samsung V7/V9 OEM Cockpit domain controller or Semidrive X9..
5.With the good knowledge in system architecture, SW architecture, EE architecture design and mechanical design.
6.With the capability to lead the cross team to analysis the critical issue.
7.With good capability for presentation, technical review with Customer.
