Responsibility: 1. To develop and maintain quality systems to assure compliance of company manufactured products and purchased material to meet or exceed all customer requirements. 2. Manage, train and direct department associates in the Quality Assurance policies and procedures. 3. Respond to all external and internal customer inquiries and concerns in an effective and expeditious manner. 4. Take responsibility of SHE management of quality department. Act as plant SHE & Quality Management Representative to monitor and ensure SHEQ system running well. 5. Ensures implementation of the quality system by performing audits of the process/product stream and providing technical services to support production with the necessary measurement material to ensure customer specifications. 6.Analyze data and develop continuous improvement strategies and timely completion of corrective action plans. .Focus on internal production process with emphasis on scrap, rework and reject materials. . Direct the activities of subordinates in order to achieve departmental goals while developing associates with proper training and feedback. . Prepare the organization and interact with the external certification body for the successful completion of all third party TS audits.
Requirement : 1. Bachelor’s degree and more than 8 years related experience. 2. Over 5 years experience in leading team in automotive quality area. 3. Strong problem solving, leadership and communication skills. 4. Fluent English skills and good team-work spirit.
