As an HR Specialist focusing on recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle. You would be expected to have a deep understanding of our business and hiring needs to attract high-quality talent. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities: - Resume Screening: Screen resumes based on job requirements, assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the role to optimize recruitment efficiency. - Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth interview processes. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly compile and analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement. - Channel Management: Maintain the recruitment information on job boards.
Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. 2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles. Experience in the automotive parts industry is a plus. 3. Skills: - Strong knowledge of various recruitment channels and processes with proven interview skills; - Excellent communication and coordination abilities with the capability to handle recruitment tasks independently; - Strong problem-solving and stress management skills; 4. Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
