MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Optimization suggestions on product design are given from the perspective of mold mass production.
2.Reduce the cost of mold from a technical perspective together with procurement.
3.Responsible for managing the mold concept design, feed review and processing review to meet.
4.Following the tooling manufacture schedule.
5.Lead the tool trial out activities in tool shop, and Wuhu plant.
6.Output the process information to mass production, release the tools to mass production.
7.Tool feasibility for part design.
8.Tool specification, tool layout


REQUIREMENTS:
1.College or above, preferred in Tooling design.
2.Good in written/read English; basic Oral English and must be able speak English after 6 months.
3.Positive and good team player, With strong responsibility and positive working attitude.
4.Good communication skill, a good team player.
5.Working hard style, be award to a lot of business trip
6.Minimum 3 years working experience as a tooling designer in tool shop.
7.Family knowing Auto CAD, Catia, UG, Pro-E.
8.Family knowing steel, tooling standard components, tool concept.
9.Family knowing tooling manufacture process.
