【职位描述】
1. Project Definition and planning
1）Define project goals ( financial, scheduling and quality goals).
2）Staffing the project core team members with support from disciplines.
3）Establish adequate project organization ( meeting structure, information/knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving).
4）Setup an initial project plan in accordance with the BU's valid processes ( phases, deliverables, milestones/Q-Gates, etc.)
2. Steer execution and control project
1) Track the project progress, define corrective measures if deviating from the plan.
2) Control the usage of released project budget and project resources per approved project plan.
3) Report the project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set.
4) Install and perform professional change management.
5) Perform risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk counter measures.
3. Customer Communication
1) Representation of project at customer, negotiate with customer and suppliers.
2) Leading the customer meeting.
3) Coordination of customer's demand and problem solving.
4. Management of project team
1) Clear tracking and leading of project issues.
2) Monitor project team member efficiency and alignment with discipline heads for team member performance.
3) Escalation for project demand to the management.
5. Prototypes planning and management
1) Create prototypes planning.
2) Management the availability of internal prototypes and external prototypes.
3) Follow the company prototype workflow and make sure cost tracking available for prototypes.
【任职要求】
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering.
2. 5 years or above experience in automotive industry.
3. Working in various function areas preferred.
4. Project Management experience is a plus.
5. Understand vehicle and automotive parts development process.
6. Worked in international team for at least 2 years, fluent communication in English both writing and speaking.
