1. 负责德士马机器在中国市场的销售,报价的准备及跟踪,新客户的开发 Sales of DESMA products into the Chinese market, preparing offers, follow up and new customer aquisition. 2. 定期拜访现有客户,寻找潜在客户及时了解客户的市场情况,近期和长远的客户需求, 对客户进行满意度调查,及时反馈市场信息及竞争对手的信息 Regular visit existing customers, find new potential customers. Understand the market situation and recent and long term demand of customers, carry on satisfaction survey from customers, provide market information and competitors information to the company 3. 跟进各个行业的大型潜在客户及项目,理解这些客户技术及市场的需求;与公司内部的其他部门合作针对客户需求准备项目分析,持续推进 Follow up the potential customers customer projects, understand the technical and commercial needs of these customers; prepare the project analysis and quotations; internal communication and coordination with all departments involved 4. 通过项目部经常培训不断增强对产品的了解及技术分析能力 Continuously improve the product knowledge and technical analysis ability through the regular training of the project department 5. 不断提高个人的销售技能;包括交流能力,谈判能力及客户搜寻方式 Develop personal skills in term of sales skills, communication skills, negotiation skills and customer search 6. 定期的汇报客户信息,竞争对手信息及市场信息 Regular reports on customer, competitor and market development
工作资格: 1. 大专以上学历,橡胶专业,或高分子材料,或机械专业; Bacheloe degree or above, major in Rubber, or Polymer Materials,mechnical 2. 愿意出差,良好的时间管理能力; Willing to travel, good time management 4.熟练操作办公软件。 Proficiency in office software.
