Job Description Customer relationship maintenance with company key accounts / discover customer’s implied and explicit needs Customer visit with sales director and develop service procedure documents Support and help operation team to solve major service issues Support sales director to source new vendors, get costs and make quotation to new clients or new projects Support finance team to communicate with customers for overdue A/R collection
Competence request Be proficient in using Microsoft Office CET4-6 band level or equivalent English level 2 years’ freight forwarding or customer service working experience Strong people communication skill with average team leading ability Be willingly and flexible to support customer’s needs off business hours.
