岗位职责
1, 熟悉Windows 7和10操作系统
2, 网络故障排除 (基础连接,IPv4, TCPIP, VPN, WiFi等)
3,计算机硬件支持及故障排除
4, 本地/远程用户支持和办公支持
5,在个人笔记本电脑/工作站上维护、配置微软视窗系统,以及安装、配置和维护软件应用程序
6,为电子邮件、VPN、台式机或笔记本、打印机、平板电脑、网络资源访问、移动设备、办公软件、Windows等提供支持
7,能与公司加拿大总部的IT人员沟通所有的问题
任职资格
1, 熟练使用英语,包括听说读写能力
2, 3年以上网络、Windows个人电脑、打印机和应用支持方面的客户服务或网管经验
3, 能发现和识别系统及文档的漏洞,并找到解决方案
4, 具有较强的专业沟通能力及高度责任心,优秀的客户服务能力以及分析和解决问题的能力
5, 熟悉网络设备、服务器、小型机的安装、调试、维护;熟悉计算机网络和网络安全的调试;具备网络故障的分析、判断、解决能力
6, 能够独立工作并适应团队环境
7, 必要的出差和加班
8, 计算机/通信相关专业,本科以上学历
Responsibilities:
? Windows 7 & 10 support
? Network troubleshooting (basic connectivity, IPv4, TCPIP, VPN, WiFi
? Hardware support & troubleshooting
? Local / remote user support
? Local / remote offices support
? Escalates critical issues to level 3 support / vendors
? Maintain, configure Microsoft Windows systems on individual laptops / workstations
? Install, configure, and maintain software applications on laptops / workstations
? Install, configure, and maintain mobile devices
? Patch panel wiring and maintenance
? Provide support for issues such as Email, VPN, desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, network resource access, mobile devices, MS Office, MS Windows.
? Communicate all issues with Montreal office.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Abilities:
? Commitment to document solutions and knowledge gaps as identified
? 5 years of customer service or helpdesk experience focused on network, Windows PC, Printers and application support
? Professional with strong communication, knowledge of English, spoken and written, excellent customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills is a must
? Strong support knowledge of PC / Server hardware, Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7/10), and Network troubleshooting
? Ability to work independently and within a team environment
? Must have a valid driver's license
? Occasional air / car travel
? Occasional after hours / weekends work
Technical knowledge assets:
? Knowledge of Watch guard UTM / network security
? VMware / ESXi
? ESET, Team viewer, Dell
