SUMMARY(岗位简介): 负责向指定区域内客户及潜在客户销售和推广公司产品; Responsible for selling and promoting the company's products to customers and potential customers in the designated area;
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS(具体岗位职责): 发掘并跟进销售机会,向现有或者潜在客户推广公司产品,以达成销售指标; Hunt and follow up the sales leads, promote the products to customer or potential customer to achieve the sales budget. 识别并明确客户需求,及时正确传递给公司内部,以解决客户关注的问题,提高客户满意度; Identify, understand and transfer customer’s requirements to company and resolve the concerned matters to satisfy customer. 根据客户需求制定行动计划和时间表,明确公司内外部联系人并采取行动满足客户需求; Schedule the action plan based on customer’s requirement, arrange both internal and external resources to meet the requirements. 发掘新客户以及新的行业应用; Search and find the new customer and new applications. 根据公司的报价政策报价谈判并签订合同; Propose negotiate and sign off contract under company’s pricing policy. 参加相关的展览展会和行业会议; Participate in the exhibition, show or summit. 收集整理市场情报并确保传达给正确的渠道; Collect and organize the market information and share with proper method. 上级指定的其他工作; Fulfill other jobs allocated by Manager.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED知识和技能要求: 理工科本科以上学历,机械或机电一体化专业尤佳; Bachler degree or above in science and technology, mechanical manufacturing and automation will be preferred. 基本的英语读写能力; Basic capability in English reading and writing. 具备良好的团队精神、沟通能力和抗压能力。 Good communication skill and high stress tolerance
BASIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED基本经验要求: 3年以上工业品销售经验; 3+ years experiences in industrial products sales
