Job Responsibilities:
1、依据产品BOM要求核算产品目标成本，核算模块主要包括材料成本、制造成本、人力成本、物流包装成本、管理费、开发费等；
To calculate the product target cost according to the requirements of BOM. The accounting module mainly includes material cost, manufacturing cost, labor cost, logistics and packaging cost, management fee, development fee, etc.
2、分析现有运行项目的目标成本与实际成本的差异点并提出改善建议；
To analyze the difference between the target cost and the actual cost of the existing project and put forward suggestions for improvement;
3、对新项目产品核算中涉及需采购的物资进行供应商调研及目标价制订，如主材，外购件，外协件等；
To conduct supplier research in the product accounting of the new project and formulate the target price, such as main materials, purchased parts and outsourced parts;
4、对新项目输出产品价格，对比商务价，分析盈利情况；
To output the product prices for new projects, compare prices and analyze profits;
5、定期向上层及部门负责人进行工作汇报；
To regularly report work to the upper management and department heads;
6、收集并整理核算项目中所需的资料，或通过调研获得信息，建立成本核算所需的数据库；
To collect and sort out materials needed in the accounting project, or obtain information through research, and establish the database needed for cost accounting;
7、完成上级交办的其他重要事项。
To complete other important tasks assigned by the superior.
任职资格:
Job Requirements:
1、本科及以上学历，工科背景优先；
Bachelor degree or above. Engineering background is preferred;
2、8年以上大中型公司企业成本管理工作经验，具备一定运营、采购或商务方面的经验，熟悉汽车零部件行业者优先；
More than 8 years' cost management experience in large or medium-sized companies, with certain operation, procurement or business experience, familiar with auto parts industry is preferred;
3、熟悉各种财务报表，有制造业成本分析经验为佳；
Familiar with various financial statements, experience in manufacturing cost analysis is preferred;
4、英语可作为工作语言；
English can be used as the working language;
5、具有超强的协调、沟通、组织能力；良好的分析判断能力及独立思考能力；责任感强、工作自主、有效率，有较强学习能力、具备团队合作精神；
Strong coordination, communication and organization skills; good analysis judgment and independent thinking ability; strong sense of responsibility, independent and efficient in work, strong learning ability and teamwork spirit;
6、适应出差。
Able to travel on business.
