岗位职责：
1. Establishment of auto/semi-auto assembly processes and workplaces.
自动化、半自动化组装工艺的评估及建立.
2. Auto/semi-auto assembly process qualification and release, statistic process control.
自动化、半自动化组装工艺的验收、确认及控制.
3. Collaboration with project teams, partial Project Management for production technology.
和项目团队合作，确保项目相关的工艺和设备的顺利实施.
4.Specification definition for the purchase of auto/semi-auto assembly equipment.
定义新购自动化、半自动化组装设备的技术要求.
5.Selection and allocation of required auto/semi-auto assembly equipment including installation and execution of internal and external equipment purchasing. Re-organisation of basic data for equipment elimination.
自动化、半自动化组装新设备的选型、采购、安装及调试,设备的基础数据管理及供应商管理.
6. Continuous production support from technical point of view. Supply of documentation, creation of process descriptions and training of operating personnel.
支持自动化、半自动化组装设备的正常生产，编制相关流程文件并培训产线员工.
7. Auto/semi-auto assembly technical processing of quotations and pre-calculations.
自动化、半自动化组装新技术方案的前期评估.
8. Profitability calculations from manufacturing point of view, planning and execution of rationalizations, continuous auto/semi-auto assembly process optimization.
持续不断地改善自动化、半自动化组装工艺流程以降低生产成本.
9. Alignment of production flow with the security, environmental and recycling requirements.
确保自动化、半自动化组装工艺及设备符合安全及环境相关法律和法规.
10. Programming of auto/semi-auto assembly machine.
自动化、半自动化组装设备的编程.
11.Others tasks assigned by manager.
部门领导安排的其它任务.

任职要求：
1. University or above; Mechanical or electronic background.
大学本科及以上，机械或电子类相关专业.
2. Above 8 years auto/semi-auto assembly process related working experience which include PLC, auto control, robot, machine vision etc.
8年以上自动化、半自动化组装设备相关工作经验.
3. REFA qualification (basic or advanced level).
REFA-验收 (基本或高级).
4. Skill of quality control tools (SPC, DOE, MSA).
质量控制工具的技能(SPC,DOE,MSA).
5. Knowledge of production technology manufacturing processes which include PLC, auto control, robot, machine vision etc.
精通生产制造相关技术知识,如PLC,自动控制，机器人，机器视觉等.
6. Knowledge of quality management, SAP, Economical skills.
了解质量，SAP，成本相关知识。
7. Good command of English.
良好的英文水平.
