Responsibility that audit program follows the requirements of international standards, internal standards and customer demands

Develop audit program and agree with Quality Manager and CEO - released by Quality Manager and CEO

Responsibility of effectiveness of audit process – improvement of current processes

Responsibility of internal audits; internal audits must follow standard, customer and own requirements

Responsibility that audit budget follows the settled budget

Responsibility to do system audits, process audits regularly, product audits and the layer audit

Responsibility that customer requirements are implemented and audited in our management system

Responsibility of all customer audits (system-, potential analyze-, process-, R&R-, assessment-, etc.) including audit preparation of all involved departments and responsibility of customer audit rating

Responsibility to close the audit findings in time – e.g. communicate actions and task list with customer or certification body

Responsibility to follow-up audit action and check of effectiveness of implemented containment action

Responsibility of supplier audits

Responsibility to rate supplier and to give proposal to Purchasing and CEO to take or to delete a supplier from the list of “approved suppliers”

Training of internal auditor team – “list of auditor”

Define auditor team together with Quality Manager

Create audit report and communicate report and task list with Quality Manager and CEO regularly

Close communication with Quality Manager

Very close communication with the Quality Supervisor Business Unit

Lead the auditors to conduct the audits

Very close communication with CEO – audit mission are defined with and by Quality Manager and CEO

Excellent cooperation with all departments – preparing audits but also to define opportunities for improvement and to give department and processes proposals to improve

Other tasks as requested from supervisor



Requirements Profile:
Perfect knowledge of international standards as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001

Perfect knowledge of auditing in automotive industry AIAG

Good knowledge of ISO 19011 and audit rules

Good knowledge of international standards as VDA and ISO 13485

External auditor certificates according mentioned standards desirables

Several year experience in auditing – especially in automotive industry

Knowledge of plastic molding process desirable

Personal characteristics as mentioned and described as in ISO 19011

Perfect communication skills

Willingness to travel (national and international)

Language skills: English and Chinese fluently (spoken and written), German desirable

Bachelor degree or higher desirable
